A Priority Appointment reserves you a premier time slot to view property at Ross Creek Farm, and you will receive an additional $5000 discount for making a priority appointment, for a total discount of $10,000 on any property purchased during our sale. A refundable reservation fee of $300.00 is required to book your Priority Appointment. Upon receipt of your reservation fee, TN Land & Lakes, LLC shall reserve a preferred appointment time during the sale for you to view parcels before offering the same to the general public.
